Andreas Thiel has practiced exclusively in criminal law for over 25 years. His approach is geared towards strategic preparation and masterful procedural management. The consistent protection and enforcement of his clients' procedural rights forms the foundation of every defense. A particular focus of his work lies in defending clients in extensive and complex criminal proceedings involving so-called organized crime, especially in significant narcotics cases, jury trials, and complex white-collar crime cases with national and international dimensions, most recently also with a focus on proceedings conducted by the European Public Prosecutor's Office (EPPO).

Born in Düsseldorf and raised in Schleswig-Holstein, he completed his legal studies and traineeship in Hamburg. Since the beginning of his legal career, he has practiced exclusively in criminal law – out of conviction and passion.
