The Defense against all such criminal charges of the German Criminal Code or related criminal law areas is our daily work. We defend our clients with dedication because we know that every case is important and stressful for those involved. The most important right of an accused person in criminal proceedings is also the most difficult for most to uphold: the right to remain silent – regardless of whether the allegations are true or not. This applies at least until we have reviewed the investigation file for you, can assess the investigation findings, and have developed a joint strategy with you.
